I started my career in the meticulous world of chemical analysis, where precision isn’t just a goal—it’s a requirement. This foundation taught me that the smallest details often have the biggest impact.

Over the last 15 years, I have evolved into a QA/QC Manager and Project Leader, overseeing complex operations across manufacturing, industrial sectors. I’ve had the privilege of leading teams through rigorous ISO certifications and implementing safety protocols that save lives and money.

Today, I combine this deep operational experience with modern technology. I champion the use of AI and data analytics to predict risks before they happen and to create training systems that people actually engage with.
